Extant Group Inc., is a Management Consulting firm founded in Toronto in 1989 by Craig Millar, a former Canadian banking executive with over 25 years experience in retail banking . Utilizing an expanding network of executive level contacts and seasoned business professionals, Extant has provided consulting and advisory services in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, ICT and in other emerging business disciplines, to companies in North America and Europe for 20 years.

While maintaining office facilities and operations in Toronto the range of contacts was again expanded in 2010 to aerospace, educational facilities, and tourism from a second location near Montreal

Over the last ten years Extant has been active, not only in Canada but also in Ireland, the U.S., and the U.K., and has completed successful initiatives on behalf of major international companies and government agencies.

Using highly motivated individuals, with a depth of knowledge gained from "hands-on" practical experience in the industry, our goal is to provide qualified consulting resources to our clients using a "partnership" approach.
